I’m so glad to meet you on the same page and share my journey with you all.
I’m a writer on Substack and Medium. I’m a creative thinker who thrives in environments that inspire curiosity and self-expression. My passions include exploring nature, forests, and the outdoors, as well as tackling thought-provoking topics that connect us as humans—whether it’s culture, creativity, psychology, or social justice.
As a Psychology (BSc Hons, UK) and IT Graduate (Ireland), I bring a unique perspective to my writing, blending analytical insights with creativity and empathy. I enjoy sharing ideas, insights, and solutions to complex problems that span across society, from human rights and inequality to art, innovation, and technology.
Studying Psychology and related areas such as Sociology are areas of great interest to me. I enjoy studying these areas and the relationships between human behavior, society, and individuals, mental health, trauma, and therapy. I’ve written imported Medium stories about Carl Jung’s Shadow Self, Trauma-informed therapy (Polyvagal Nervous System), Gaslighting and Coercive Control, Reactive Abuse, Social Comparison Theory, and Cognitive Dissonance. These are some areas I wrote about but I wish to expand way beyond that on Substack.
I am fascinated and very passionate about Science and Research. I’ve also written imported Medium stories on DNA trait analysis, using my own traits on Ancestry and MyHeritage. This area is one of great interest and something I plan to expand on in Substack. I’ve written about genetic traits for
I plan to expand and elaborate on DNA traits and how our genetic makeup impacts our lives. I will be writing in-depth articles on these specialized topics and deep-diving into other DNA analyses, using my own analyzed traits, as an example. Having studied psychological research as a Psychology student, much of it focussed on environment vs. genes, nature vs. nurture, twin studies, and adoption studies. I am passionate about advances in genetic trait analysis. As an adoptee, this area, in particular, holds personal significance. As the science of DNA traits evolves, offering unique insights - traits can change, as studies become more advanced, and it’s an exciting area.
This space is where I share my thoughts, stories, and reflections—an extension of my curiosity and passion for meaningful insightful, and informed conversations.
